Felons Gonna Felon

Felons Gonna Felon

A Comprehensive List of January 6th Terrorist Heading Back To Justice

One of the worst things trump did when he took power was to immediately release over 1500 terrorists who engaged in the January 6th attack on the United States Capitol, so they could go back into society and commit more crimes. Of course all the very respectable pundit types insisted that these were mostly regular, nonviolent people who just got caught up in the day. No matter how much right wingers and the media wanted to push that nonsense, every reasonable American on the left and right recognized this was a terrorist attack and these people were obviously criminals.

But alas, a convicted felon was always going to release all those convicted felons. If there is any consolation many of these criminals will of course find their way back to prison. In fact, just 10 days in, we already have a few that have begun the process of returning to where they belong.

So what better way to remind everyone that these people are criminals than to track all of them as they find their way back into the cold embrace of justice.

UPDATE: After one month we are already at SIX of the 6ers facing justice again.

  • Daniel Ball: Ball managed to become the first January 6th-er to make his way back to justice  as he was rearrested on federal gun charges less than two days after being granted clemency by trump.
  • Andrew Taake: After being released by trump, Taake is now wanted by authorities on a charge of soliciting a minor. UPDATE: He has been arrested for it!
  • Matthew Huttle: Shot and killed by cops when he was pulled over and resisted arrest and ended up in an altercation with the officer. Guess he won’t end up back in jail.
  • Emily Hernandez: After being pardoned by trump, Hernandez is now starting a 10 year sentence for killing a woman while driving drunk, the wrong way on the interstate.
  • David Daniel: Pardoned by trump, now back facing justice for child pornography and statutory rape charges.
  • Enrique Tarrio: We missed you Enrique! What took you so long to return to the justice system? Tarrio, who received the longest sentence of any January 6th terrorist, was arrested at a rally near the Capitol when he assaulted a woman.
